Upload your sports-related project to the QuicKutz Community Gallery and you could win up to $250 in QuicKutz product!
Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Employees and designers of QuicKutz, Inc. and their immediate families are ineligible to play or win. Eligibility may be restricted by applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
How to Enter
The contest begins at 12:00 a.m. (M.D.T.) on 8/08/2008 and all submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. (M.D.T.) on 09/01/2008 (the "Contest Period"). Three winners will be selected. Internet Entry: Enter by uploading one of your favorite sports related projects to the QuicKutz Community Gallery and choosing to enter the contest in the contest section of the project upload form. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions in any email received from Sponsor. One entry per household. The submission of more than one entry by any person or household/email address will not improve the chances of winning.
Promotion Period
The Promotion Period begins 8/08/2008 and ends 9/01/2008. All entries must be received during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for delays in mail delivery systems or computer, network, telephone, or human errors that may delay submission of any entry.
Prizes/Odds
Three winners will be selected. Gold medal will receive a $250.00 QuicKutz gift certificate, Silver medal will receive a $175.00 QuicKutz gift certificate, and Bronze medal will receive $100.00 gift certificate. Subject to any restrictions described in these contest rules. Winners will be allowed to select QuicKutz products from a list of products to be specified by Sponsor, which may not include QuicKutz' entire line of products. Odds of winning will depend entirely upon the number of submissions received, and Prize Winners will be selected by a team of judges to be held on or about September 10, 2008. Prize pack values are between $250.00 and $100.00.
Prize Conditions/Restrictions
No prize substitutions of any kind, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on a prize, if any, and expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of contest prize will not be awarded. Winners may be required to sign a Winner's Agreement and Release, which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited. The winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are non-assignable and nontransferable. The winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner.
Additional Terms
Sponsor and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage due mail/requests, submissions, or prize claims. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of information submitted to Sponsor. Violations of these rules shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
Winner Notification and Acceptance
The winners will be notified by telephone primarily, and e-mail secondarily on or about September 10, 2008. Failure to reach the winner within 14 days may result in disqualification of the winner, forfeiture of his/her interest in all prizes, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries.
Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. For a list of winners, please send your request with one addressed envelope to the address below to be received by 9/1/08.
