1. Eligibility
No purchase necessary. Employees of QuicKutz, Inc., QuicKutz retailers and their employees, and immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and persons residing in the households of any of those individuals are ineligible to play or win. Eligibility may be restricted by applicable laws. Void where prohibited. 2. How to Enter The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. (M.S.T.) on 07/03/2007 and all entries must be received by 11:59 p.m. (M.S.T.) on 08/31/2007 (the "Contest Period"). One winner will be selected each month. Internet Entry: Enter by playing the QuicKutz Cookie Cutter Challenge online game and signing up after completing the first level of play OR by visiting www.quickutz.com/public/contests/2007/ccc.aspx and completing all of the required information. Submit your entry by clicking on the "SUBMIT" button. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions in any email received from Sponsor. One entry per household/ email address. The submission of more than one entry by any person or household/address may automatically disqualify the entrant and all submissions by that entrant or from that household/address.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion Period begins July 3, 2007 and ends August 31, 2007. All entries must be received during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for delays in mail delivery systems or computer, network, telephone, or human errors that may delay submission of any entry. 4. Prizes/Odds Two Grand Prize Winners will receive QuicKutz product worth up to $250 SRP, subject to any restrictions described in these contest rules. Winners will be allowed to select QuicKutz products from a list of products to be specified by Sponsor, which may not include QuicKutz’s entire line of products. Odds of winning will depend partially upon the number of submissions received, and Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about September 1, 2007. Prize pack values are $250. 5. Prize Conditions/Restrictions No prize substitutions of any kind, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on a prize, if any, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of contest prize will not be awarded. Winners may be required to sign a Winner’s Agreement and Release, which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited. The winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. The winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner. 6. Additional Terms Sponsor and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage due mail/requests, submissions, or prize claims. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of information submitted to Sponsor. Violations of these rules shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion. 7. Winner Notification and Acceptance The winners will be notified by e-mail or telephone at the telephone number provided on winner's entry form on or about September 1, 2007. Sponsor will call during regular business hours. Failure to reach the winner may result in disqualification of the winner, forfeiture of his/her interest in all prizes, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries. Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor.
