Official Contest Rules for the Perfect Shape Custom Die Promotion

Enter to win a chance to create your own custom QuicKutz die. Which of the latest QuicKutz shapes is your favorite? See all of them online, plus the reasons each salesperson thinks his or hers is the perfect shape! Login, vote for the perfect shape, and you’re automatically entered to win. Hurry! One Grand Prize – Create a Custom QuicKutz Die

Eligibility

1. No purchase necessary. Employees of QuicKutz, Inc., QuicKutz retailers and their employees, and immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and persons residing in the households of any of those individuals are ineligible to play or win. Eligibility may be restricted by applicable laws. Void where prohibited.
   
   
2. How to Enter The Contest begins at 12:01 a.m. (M.S.T.) on 11/20/2007 and all votes must be received by 11:59 p.m. (M.S.T.) on 12/20/2007 (the "Contest Period"). One winner will be selected at the end of the contest period. Internet Entry: Enter by creating a log in and/or logging in to the QuicKutz website and voting in the November perfect shape contest. Submit your entry by clicking on the "CLICK HERE TO VOTE" button. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules. One entry per household/ email address per day. The submission of more than one entry by any person or household/address in one day may automatically disqualify the entrant and all submissions by that entrant or from that household/address.
   
   
3. Promotion Period The Promotion Period begins November 20, 2007 and ends December 20, 2007. All votes must be cast and received during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for delays in mail delivery systems or computer, network, telephone, or human errors that may delay submission of any entry.
   
   
4. Prizes/Odds One person will be selected at random to have their "perfect shape" selection created as a custom Quickutz die (creation worth approximately $3000) subject to any restrictions described in these contest rules. Winner will also receive one complimentary die. Odds of winning will depend partially upon the number of submissions received, but all winners will be chosen according to random odds.
   
   
5. Judging Criteria and Selection Submissions will be collected and randomly selected at the end of the contest period. Entries that do not conform strictly to all criteria set out in these official rules will be deemed ineligible. Following notification, winners must comply with all of the conditions set out herein within the time periods indicated. The selected winner will be required to sign a non-disclosure document before moving forward with any die creation plans. Sponsor (QuicKutz) makes no guarantee that this die will ever go to market for distribution. All use of this die is solely at the digression of Sponsor and the rights to both the image and die produced are the sole property of Sponsor.
   
   
6. Prize Conditions/Restrictions No prize substitutions of any kind, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on a prize, if any, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of contest prize will not be awarded. Winners may be required to sign a Non-Disclosure document, which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited.
   
   
7. Winner will collaborate with Sponsor, QuicKutz, designers to request and have a die shape created, which may potentially be offered as a new die shape product for the public. Some restrictions may apply. Restrictions are left solely to the discretion of the Sponsor and may include die shape choice, die size, quantity produced, and more.
   
   
8. Conditions of Participation All idea submissions become the property of Sponsor. All copyrights and publication rights for submitted creative projects are conveyed to Sponsor upon submission and may be copied, published, and/or used by Sponsor in any way that Sponsor deems desirable. By participating, each entrant agrees (i) to the use of his or her name and/or likenesses for advertising and promotional purposes without compensation, except where prohibited by law; (ii) to the use of any and all submitted materials by Sponsor for any purpose without compensation, except where prohibited by law; and (iii) to release and hold harmless QuicKutz, its agents and its affiliates from any and all liabilities, damages and injuries arising out of their participation in this contest and the acceptance, use, misuse or possession of any prize received in this contest.
   
   
9. Additional Terms Violations of these rules shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
