Eligibility

No purchase necessary. Employees of QuicKutz, Inc., QuicKutz retailers and their employees, and immediate families (spouse, parents, children, siblings, and their spouses) and persons residing in the households of any of those individuals are ineligible to play or win. Eligibility may be restricted by applicable laws. Void where prohibited.

How to Enter

The Contest begins at 12:00 a.m. (M.D.T.) on 05/02/2009 and all submissions must be received by 11:59 p.m. (M.D.T.) on 06/30/2009 (the "Contest Period"). Three winners will be selected. Internet Entry: Enter by submitting a code from the 2009 Quickutz Spring Gift Sets or participating in an event at your local retailer. By entering, you agree to the terms of these Official Rules and to receive e-mails from Sponsor or those directed by Sponsor. You can opt-out of the receipt of such e-mails by following the directions in any email received from Sponsor. You may enter as many times as you have codes. You can get codes by purchasing 2009 Spring Gift Sets or participating in events. The submission of more than one entry by any person or household/email address will improve the chances of winning. Contestants can also mail in a pre stamped envelope for a code. QuicKutz will then mail back a code to enter online if they don’t have a local store in their area to participate in events or purchase gift sets.

Promotion Period

The Promotion Period begins May 2, 2009 and ends June 30, 2009. All entries must be received during the promotion period. Sponsor is not responsible or liable for delays in mail delivery systems or computer, network, telephone, or human errors that may delay submission of any entry.

Prizes/Odds

One Grand Prize Winner will receive a 4 day, 3 night trip to Ohau, Hawaii, Flights, Hotel, Rental car and $500.00 spending cash. Two runners up winners will receive $500.00 in QuicKutz products. Subject to any restrictions described in these contest rules. Runner up winners will be allowed to select QuicKutz products from a list of products to be specified by Sponsor, which may not include QuicKutz's entire line of products. Odds of winning will depend entirely upon the number of submissions received, and Prize Winners will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries to be held on or about July 10, 2009. Prize pack values are $500.00-$3,000.00.

Prize Conditions/Restrictions

No prize substitutions of any kind, except at Sponsor's sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of comparable or greater value if a prize cannot be awarded for any reason. Federal, state and local taxes on a prize, if any, and any expenses relating to the acceptance and use of a prize not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. Sponsor and its agents make no representation regarding the quality of a prize and assume no liability for its use. Any difference between stated approximate retail value and actual value of contest prize will not be awarded. Winners may be required to sign a Winner's Agreement and Release, which must be completed and returned within 14 days of date of notification or prize may be forfeited. The winners may waive their right to receive prizes. Prizes are nonassignable and nontransferable. The winners are solely responsible for reporting and payment of any taxes on prizes. Failure to comply with any term or condition of these Official Rules, may result in a winner's disqualification, the forfeiture of his or her interest in the prize, and the award of the prize to an alternate winner.

Additional Terms

Sponsor and agents are not responsible for lost, late, incomplete, incorrect, damaged, misdirected, illegible, or postage due mail/requests, submissions, or prize claims. Participants assume all risk of loss, damage, destruction, delay or misdirection of information submitted to Sponsor. Violations of these rules shall be determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.

Winner Notification and Acceptance

The winners will be notified by telephone primarily, and e-mail secondarily on or about July 10, 2009. Failure to reach the winner within 14 days may result in disqualification of the winner, forfeiture of his/her interest in all prizes, and selection of a substitute winner from among all remaining eligible entries.

Except where prohibited, participation in the Contest constitutes entrant's consent to the publication of his or her name, biographical information and likeness in any media for any commercial or promotional purpose, without limitation or further compensation. Prizes not won and claimed by eligible winners in accordance with these Official Rules will not be awarded and will remain the property of Sponsor. For a list of winners, please send your request with one addressed envelope to the address below to be received by 7/1/09.
