Silhouette Online Store Subscriptions

Regular Subscription Options

There are 3 subscription options for a consumer when they logging onto the QuicKutz Digital Online Store through the Silhouette software ("ROBO Master for QuicKutz"). There is a "Purchase Online" button located within the Silhouette software. Users cannot currently purchase images through the regular www.quickutz.com website. The 3 subscription options are:

• Free account - this option does not include a subscription, but allows the user to purchase individual designs. Most designs are offered at $1.99. Digital Design Download Cards obtained from Authorized Retailers may be used toward the purchase of individual images. Designs may also be purchased directly by credit card.
• Limited subscription – this option is offered at $19.99 per month and gives the user $30 in download credits each month. The credits do not currently roll over. Once monthly credits are used for the month, users may continue to purchase designs individually. Users must sign up for a 1 year subscription (12 consecutive months), with the option to renew monthly thereafter.
• Unlimited subscription – this option is offered at $29.99 per month and gives the user unlimited downloads for the life of the subscription. Users must sign up for a 1 year subscription (12 consecutive months), with the option to renew monthly thereafter.

Limited and Unlimited subscriptions will be offered the option of paying month-to-month or paying for their entire year (consecutive 12-month period) up front. Customers taking advantage of the upfront option will receive 2 months free (beyond the initial 12-month subscription period).

Users will have an option to cancel their subscription for a cancellation fee. The cancellation fee is equal to 6 months of the subscription fees or the remainder of their subscription, whichever is less.

Free Subscription Options

Select new Silhouette SD machines purchased through Authorized Retailers will include a subscription card (located inside the Silhouette SD box) valid for the first 6 months free of an Unlimited subscription. To receive the first 6 months free, consumers must sign up for a 1 year subscription.

General Questions

Customers will keep their downloaded images after their subscription runs out. All downloads made during the subscription period will remain yours to keep after your subscription has run out. You simply would not have further access to newer images on a subscription basis unless you continued your subscription. You would, however, be able to continue to download images individually at the $1.99 per image rate.

Regular download cards cannot be used to pay for subscription fees. If download cards have been applied to an account, credit will remain valid on account to be able to used prior to subscriptions or after subscriptions have ended, but may not be applied toward subscription fees.
